3. Booking and Payment
- How to Book:
- Simply book your service online through our website.
- Provide accurate details about your appliance, location, and contact info.
- You’ll get a confirmation whatsapp with your service details.
- Payment Terms:
- Pay securely online via PhonePay, Google Pay, UPI, cash when the service is completed.
- Service charges are fixed, but additional costs for spare parts will be shared with you before any repair work begins.
4. Warranty Policy
- No Warranty on Services: While our technicians deliver quality service, we don’t offer a warranty for the services themselves. If issues arise later, they won’t be covered.
- Warranty on Spare Parts: Any spare parts we provide are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Exclusions: Misuse, negligence, or external factors are not covered under warranty.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Refunds: Refunds are only available if you cancel before the service begins. We are not providing refound after service completion. Check our Refund Policy page for more details.
- Cancellations: You must cancel at least 3 to 4 hours before your service time. Late cancellations may incur a small fee.

- Delays: ServiceZAP isn’t responsible for delays caused by things beyond our control, like traffic, weather, or technical problems.
- Liability: Our liability is limited to the service charge paid for the booking.
- Unauthorized Repairs: We aren’t responsible for damages caused by third-party repairs.
