- Service charges are fixed, but additional costs for spare parts will be shared with you before any repair work begins.
4. Warranty Policy
- No Warranty on Services: While our technicians deliver quality service, we don’t offer a warranty for the services themselves. If issues arise later, they won’t be covered.
- Warranty on Spare Parts: Any spare parts we provide are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Exclusions: Misuse, negligence, or external factors are not covered under warranty.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
