2. Service Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected changes may occur, and if you need to cancel a service, we request that you inform us at least 3 to 4 hours before the scheduled service time. This helps us manage our operations efficiently.

  • Why the Time Frame Matters: Our technicians travel from one location to another, and we invest time, energy, and resources to reach your address. Cancelling at the last minute can lead to wasted resources and time.
  • Late Cancellations: If you fail to cancel the service within the provided time frame, we may charge a nominal cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the costs incurred during travel and other operational expenses.
